Imation Link Wireless Av Extender Driver Mac
This was used to add a 3rd monitor to my PC and it has worked as expected. The software drivers were located on the USB device that plugs into your PC. I have the receiver located about 15 feet from the transmitter and have not seen any distortions or lag on the normal display nor when I streamed 720p video. The only downside I have seen was when the USB transmitter or the receiver disconnect for some reason (like bumping the transmitter when unplugging another USB device or when the software updated) you have to power cycle the receiver to re-establish the connection and that causes your display set up to change. I have a monitor and 2 TVs connected to my PC running Windows 7. The monitor and the Imation Link Wireless A/V Extender TV are cloned and the second TV is an extended Desktop. It shows up in display manager as 1/3 + 2 (for those of you interested). When the Imation Link Wireless A/V Extender disconnected, it rearranged my windows between the 2 remaining displays. This appears to be more of a Windows issue than an issue with the Imation Link Wireless A/V Extender. So take it how you will. This is something that I would recommended to someone wanting to connect an additional display and not worry about tripping over wires. Although I have not tested the distance limit, I think that you should have no problem if your computer is in the same room as the TV/monitor you are connecting to.On a side note: It would be nice though if you could purchase the parts of the kit separately. I have only seen the kits and have not found were you can buy just the receiver or just the transmitter.Read full review

Instead of having multiple projectors in every meeting room, I thought my company would be better served by LED TVs that we could connect our computers to. The Imation Link Extender works perfectly with these TVs. Since we have multiple ones in different rooms, I was worried there would be interference between the units...this does not happen as each USB stick is tied to its own extender. Don't try playing video though...its not fast enough to keep up with those frame rates, but for normal power point presentations and whatnot, they work great.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Imation Link Wireless HD Audio/Video Extender at Amazon.com.
